Hey, Adrian — thanks for this article. Short, on-point and thought-provoking. Great read. But mediocre work also pays the bills which I think is perfectly fine, we all need that, too. Also, we can’t all create ground-breaking, amazing work all the time otherwise it wouldn’t be ground-breaking and then the amazing would just be a new mediocre? But your point about being stuck in it definitely hit home with me, not in terms of the quality of the work but more that awful question whether what you’re doing is even really what you want.

Lastly, since you mentioned conferences, not sure if you remember but we actually met at Push in 2018. Looking forward to see what you come up with next — not to put pressure on you but I’m guessing it’s not gonna be “Mediocre”? ;-) Cheers!
