Thank you so much for your words and for sharing your story though I’m sorry to hear you also had to go through that! Good thing you came out alright at the end of it. The way I see it is not so much whether or not you do a design test but rather if you feel okay with it and if not, then don’t. Don’t step all over yourself just for a potential job — it’s not worth it. The places which make you feel like you have to are most likely not a fit anyway :-)

I think it’s just as important to talk about everything around our work as well as the work itself! And thanks for the follow, I’ll do my best to make it worth it :D
